I'm an Economist at Amazon in the People eXperience and Technology Central Science (PXTCS) team. I work on increasing employee retention, productivity, and well-being through initiatives like flexible scheduling, hiring bonuses, and internal mobility. 

I have a PhD in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2023. My academic research is on labor and public finance, particularly unemployment insurance.
